Precautions for Use

1. Circuit Design

The product belongs to constant current device. We advise customers as far as possible to keep the same current in circuit design. Please using circuit design refer to A than B.

2. Storage conditions:

    Before opening the package: The LEDs can be preserved for 1 year in condition of temperature no more than 30℃ and humidity no more than 80%RH. The LEDs should be advised to be kept in damp proof bags with desiccants. Do not open moisture proof bag before the products are ready to use.
    After opening the package: The SMD LEDs should be run out with 24hours in condition of temperature no more than 30℃ and humidity no more than 60%RH. The rest products should be pressurized in vacuum condition with desiccants.

3. Soldering Condition

3.1 It is recommended to use low temperature solder paste for reflow, and the temperature curve is shown in the following
diagram.

3.2 Recommended Solder Pad & Stencil Pattern

3.3 Reflow soldering should not be done more than two times.
3.4 When soldering, do not put stress on the LEDs during heating.
3.5 After soldering, do not warp the circuit board.

4. Soldering Iron

When manual soldering iron is used,it is recommended to use 20W anti-electro static soldering iron,soldering
temperature must be kept below 360℃/3seconds,1time soldering only.
■ Using the tweezers that anti-static from the side of the material。
■Don’t touch the surface of the sapphire or silica glass.
