During the warranty period, we cover issues such as reduced sterilization efficiency (below the 99.99% standard) due to material/manufacturing defects, UVC chip failure, or optical reflection material problems, providing free repair or replacement services.
Exemptions from Liability	This clause covers damage or loss caused by factors unrelated to the product itself, such as improper installation, improper use, or unauthorized disassembly of the equipment.
After-sales support	1. Provide multilingual operating manuals (including UVC module maintenance guides) with 48-hour remote video troubleshooting support; 2. Supply product inspection reports (e.g., Guangdong Provincial Microbial Analysis Test Report) to assist with compliance audits; 3. Offer technical integration support for bulk purchasers (e.g., water purifier manufacturers), guiding module compatibility and installation with end devices.
Safety and Quality Issues	If safety incidents or product discontinuation occur due to LEDINTRO's product quality issues, LEDINTRO shall bear full responsibility and assist in investigating the cause upon confirmation by both parties or a mutually agreed third-party institution.
