UV Detector

New wide-bandgap semiconductors, such as SiC and (Al)GaN, are reshaping UV detection technology through their material properties: inherently "visible light blind/solar blind"; improved performance; and strong environmental adaptability: withstanding harsh scenarios such as high temperatures and strong radiation, suitable for rigorous industrial working conditions.
