UV LED AIGaN

We offer wafer sizes of 2-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch sizes. The thin film crystals are of excellent quality, with X-ray rocking curves of AIN (002) and (102) planes on sapphire substrates as low as 60 arcsec and 200 arcsec at half maximum. Custom specifications are also accepted.
