UV LED CHIPS

We offer a wide selection of chips in various sizes, optimized for light output efficiency (10mil, 15mil, 20mil, 22mil, 30mil, 40mil, 45mil, and 48mil). We continuously improve WPE (Wavelength Percentage Efficiency) every quarter. To date, the highest WPE is 6.4% (275nm, 350mA, 130mW, 5.8V). These highly durable chips can withstand harsh environments (85°C, 85°C humidity).
