Shipping Policy
When you purchase our products, we use UPS official logistics for shipping.
Processing Time: All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time: Typically estimated at 5-7 days.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery times are based on past actual data and are for reference only.
During holidays, shipping times may be affected; courier companies may restrict operations during these periods. This is beyond our control. Service will resume immediately after the holidays.
Shipping Fees:
Free delivery, we do not charge extra shipping fees when the shipping country is the United States, Canada, the European Union, or Australia.
For countries other than those mentioned above, shipping costs need to be inquired with customer service (info@u-vcare.com).
WARNING:
1. Please verify the shipping address on your order before payment, as we need to ship the goods to that address.
2. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the product is not damaged. If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us at info@u-vcare.com within 3 business days of receiving the package. After confirming the situation, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible.
Order Tracking:
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. Once the product has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, order details and time, order status, and packaging information to help you track your shipment. You can track your shipment 24 hours a day on the carrier's official website.
Taxes and Fees:
Due to the different policies of different countries, any taxes and fees that need to be charged shall be borne by the buyer.
